Photo: Mark, This red and yellow flag with a counterclockwise swastika is a symbol of the Kuna people. It come into being, and represents, the 1925 Kuna revolt against the Panamanian government. The revolt and many of the grievances were settled with intervention of the US. The Kuna Community agreed not to secede while the Panamanians granted them partial autonomy.
