This vest is at a great tribal arts store owned by Jack Curtright in Tacoma. This vest was part of the AYPE celebration in Seattle or the Golden Potlatch possibly. It has a black cat- the Hoo Hoo House at thee AYPE sported black cats- a lucky horse shoe, four leaf clovers and a big billiken in the center of the back. The words CHEER UP may also be a clue.
