Wilhelm R. Hagman from Gotenburg, Sweden had his head done by his twin brother Fredrik who works at Evil Eye Tattoo in Stockholm, Sweden. And furter more he finished the piece at last years Swedish Tattoo Convention and won 1st place in Best Ornamental.
